Membership Information
Tech Talkers is a local chapter of Toastmasters International.
Tech Talkers members meet twice a month (see Club Calendar) to help individuals improve communications and leadership skills in a positive and uplifting learning environment. We learn by practicing our speaking skills as well as giving and receiving constructive feedback.

Interested parties are welcome to attend any of our meetings or contests.  Visitors can watch speeches and evaluations and participate in Table Topics (we'll ask first before selecting anyone).  Visitors can also attend Toastmaster conferences and workshops for free.  There is no obligation to join Toastmasters. 

 

How To Become a Member
Membership in Tech Talkers is open to all over 18 years of age. Being a company club, Tech Talkers welcomes all Lockheed Martin employees as well as Lockheed family members and friends.

 

Initial membership costs only $ 57.00 (funds are prorated depending on when you join).  Members receive their Communication and Leadership workbooks and are assigned a mentor to help them determine and achieve their goals.

 

Members should attend meetings on a regular basis, but not necessarily every meeting. The more you attend, the more you can learn and the more you benefit.
